Renowned for over 150 years, Joselito produces Spain’s finest Iberian pork from free-range pigs, raised amongst the oak forests of Extremadura and fed on acorns, creating exceptional depth of flavour and delicate marbling. Scarlett’s culinary team pays homage to this rich heritage, reimagining traditional Spanish charcuterie with a modern twist.
