Bangkok’s Scarlett is swapping berets for sombreros this August

Forget choosing between a long lunch in Paris or a loud night in Mexico City; for one weekend, Scarlett is doing both at once. On 21–22 August, Scarlett restaurant is handing its kitchen over to Delia, the city’s go-to for Mexican food that actually feels like someone’s abuela made it.

“From Bonjour to Hola” — two nights where French restraint gets thrown out the window in the best possible way.

Delia’s chefs Gabriela Espinosa and Diego Zarco are the ones behind the takeover, bringing the same family-recipe, big-flavour, locally-sourced approach that’s made Delia a favourite in the first place. Pair that with Scarlett’s usual glass of wine and good way, and Patrón rolls in behind the bar on 21 August

Bonjour is the slow sip. Hola is the table that’s already cracking up before the starters hit. This weekend, Scarlett is both, and you’re not leaving the same person who sat down.

And the dinner is only half the story.
On Friday, 21 August, a live DJ takes over from 7 PM to 10 PM, and Patrón rolls in behind the bar with an exclusive guest bartender activation — tequila-forward cocktails built specifically to stand up to the night’s menu.
